As a result of aggressive expansion plan, our client seeks to hire experienced Operations Manager to strengthen their management team.

Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible and take charge of the operations of the company’s activities in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives & achievement of sales target.
2. Achieve overall customer satisfaction, growth and expansion of the business.
3. Lead and manage the team in both the Store as well as back-up office and provide them with encouragement, motivation, and support.

Qualification:
Male/ Female aged 32 - 35 maximum, minimum education S-1 Degree from reputable university.

Experience:
Having 7 - 10 years hands-on experience in Retail Management role of the similar business (Retail of Lifestyle, Luxury Brand of Handbags & Accessories).

Current position as Operations Manager:
Performance: Posses successful track record of sales performance, achievement of sales target for the past five years in the Luxury Brand of Handbags & Accessories & other Lifestyle Brands.

1. Strong Leadership ability with proven skill in managing and developing the team work in exclusive retail chain environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
3. Hands-on and involved in the processes and possess good knowledge about the Luxury Brand of Handbags & Accessories. Detail oriented and thorough.

5. Team player and fast learner
6. Strong self-confident with excellent negotiation skills
7. High ambition and results oriented
8. Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is essential.
