To strengthen the existing management team, our client seeks to hire a mature individual with solid experience as General Manager to oversee and manage the retail operation of Luxury Brand through exclusive retail chain and showrooms in premium shopping malls in Jakarta.

This is a very challenging position that requires a self-starter and self-motivated person who enjoys building a long term career in life style and Luxury Brand retail operation as:

Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible and take charge the management of the company’s activities in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives & sales target.
2. Achieve overall customer satisfaction, growth and expansion of the business.
3. Lead and manage the team in both the Store as well as back-up office and provide them with encouragement, motivation, and support.
4. Fully responsible to supervise and lead Operations, Distribution, Marketing and Promotion, as well as administration.


Qualification:
Male/ Female aged 35- 40 maximum, minimum education S-1 Degree from reputable university.

Experience:
1. Having 10- 13 years experience in Retail Management role of the similar business (Exclusive Retail of Branded International Luxury Brand such as Jewelry, Watches, Bags Fashion and Life Style brands).
2. Current position as General Manager.

Successful Performance:
Posses successful track record of sales performance, achievement of sales target in the similar line of business (Luxury brand sold through exclusive retail shops and showrooms)

1. Strong Leadership ability with proven skill in managing and developing the team work. Strong motivator of people. Excellent coach.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3. Hands-on and involved in the processes and possess good knowledge about the Luxury Branded Items & Life Style Branded Products
4. Energetic and dynamic personality
5. Team player and fast learner
6. Strong self-confidence, with excellent negotiation skills
7. High ambition and results oriented
8. Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is essential.
