To strengthen the existing management team, our client seeks to hire a mature individual with solid experience as Operations Manager to oversee and manage the retail operation of Luxury Brand Audio Video solutions through its exclusive retail chain and showrooms in premium shopping malls in Jakarta.

This is a very challenging position that requires a self-starter and self-motivated person who enjoys building a long term career in life style and Luxury Brand audio video retail operation as:

Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible and take charge the operations of the company’s activities in order to ensure the achievement of company objectives & of sales target.
2. Achieve overall customer satisfaction, growth and expansion of the business.
3. Lead and manage the team in both the Store as well as back-up office and provide them with encouragement, motivation, and support.

Qualification:
Male/ Female aged 32- 35 maximum, minimum education S-1 Degree from reputable university.

Experience:
Having 7 - 10 years experience in Retail Management role of the similar business (Retail of Branded International Luxury Goods/ Items such as Audio & Video and Life Style Products).

Current position as Operations Manager:
Performance: Posses successful track record of sales performance, achievement of sales target for the past five years in the Audio & Video Luxury Products.
